For over two decades I worked in FMCG Category Management, responsible for growing multimillion-dollar categories inside major retailers. I learned how buyers think, what drives their decisions, and what makes a product commercially viable.
But it wasn’t until I became a founder myself that I truly understood the other side.
Building Inspirational Tea Co. gave me first-hand experience of pitching, negotiating, forecasting, funding stock and fighting for shelf space. I felt the risk. I worked within real constraints. I stopped talking theory and started living it.
